The services described in this site are only representative of the services offered by Plush Girlfriend Experience. Not all of PlushGFE’ services are described in this site (eg travel agent, personal concierge etc), but not all services that are described in this site are, or will be, available at all times and at all locations. PlushGFE operates as a referral service for elite social escort companions for dating, singles and travel companions. PlushGFE reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, at any time, for any reason. The agency, its management, its staff and its models do not provide or promise sexual services or prostitution in any form. The models are available for introduction only. (ie, like hiring a girlfriend, as one would hire an accountant, lawyer or mechanic). Any fees paid to the models or to the company are for time with the model only. A gentleman pays to meet a date, for companionship and nothing more. Anything else implied or insinuated in promotional materials is for entertainment and marketing purposes only.
Memberships
Memberships are a retainer (advance funding) for the purpose of introducing the models.
Terms and conditions : Models are to be treated with the same respect and consideration as any other booking or date. Asking models for their personal details is prohibited as with any other booking or date. Demanding any inappropriate ‘services’ is prohibited (see ‘services’ clause above) as with any other booking or date. Models are to be provided with appropriate five star accommodation and her own key to come and go freely, and to have full time contact with the agency, as with any other booking or date.
Models are to be kept in safe and secure situations, and not intentionally put at any risk or in harm’s way. Models do not attend wild parties and will not be expected to accompany any third party individuals. Models must be afforded 8 hours uninterrupted sleep every 24 hours. A model may leave at any time if she is feeling disrespected or unsafe. A violation of these terms, as with any other booking or date, will see the Member banned from the agency and his membership funds forfeited. Aggressive legal pursuit may follow, depending on the violation. The agency is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring as a result of inappropriate conduct.

Fund Collection and Refunds
Plush Girlfriend Experience, billing under a discreet charging company, will collect funds at times, including advance funds for travel appointments, deposits for bookings, retainers for the convenience of last minute appointments, membership fees, and gifts/ tips for the model companions. These funds become a part of the trust fund of the Agency, and are non-refundable. Plush Girlfriend Experience does not refund fees or deposits at any point, once received.
Funds are held in trust and may be used against a future booking, or used for the appointment originally intended. Funds not utilized (with no contact) within 6 months are distributed as usual between the company, and the companion for whom the funds were originally secured. The Agency does not hold funds against a client’s will; if he wishes to use the funds to pay for time with an elite companion, within 6 months* of the time the funds first arrived in the company account, then he is authorized to do so.
*This is subject to the client responding to contact. The agency will always let the client know his funds are held in credit, and he is required to respond to acknowledge that, and lay claim to the funds in writing. If he does not respond to agree with the 6 month agreement within 48 hours, the funds will be held for 1 month from the date of transfer, as a gesture of good faith. If the agency has not heard from him during this month, then the funds will be distributed as usual, and he will forfeit the funds. You agree, by using this site, that your use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all loss, including loss of pre-paid funds or deposits.
Violation of the terms of agreement for fund deposits and membership funding will see all funds forfeited and permanent dismissal as a client of the agency. We take the safety and respect of our models seriously, and will not tolerate violations.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Plush Girlfriend Experience be liable for any actual, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, even if PlushGFE Agency has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, tort or under any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, and materials on this site, or interaction with the models. Plush Girlfriend Experience is at no time responsible for anything that occurs between two consenting adults. The agency does not promote nor solicit for prostitution. Plush Girlfriend Experience is a social escort service and introduction agency.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Plush Girlfriend Experience, its affiliates or subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees and shareholders from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising from or related to your use of this website or the service itself.
Jurisdictional Issue
These terms and your use of this site shall be governed under International law, as well as your local law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or out of your use of this site shall be resolved by an international court of law. By using this site, you hereby agree to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, such courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions and clauses. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by the owners and directors of the Plush Girlfriend Experience. This disclaimer may be modified as indicated above, at any time. It is the responsibility of the website visitor and company client to read this agreement and be aware of any changes made. By utilizing the site and contacting the company, an individual states that he agrees with this disclaimer in full, including any changes made at any time.
